Rosiland practices Jin Shin Do, a form of Japanese Pressure Point massage. Using her hands and fingers, she holds and releases points along one of the 12 Chinese Acupuncture Meridians in the Body. Clients often report a sense of letting go of tension in their body, and deep relaxation after their session, and many fall asleep on their first visit.
She specializes in pain reduction (knees, back, neck), headache relief, kidney/liver detox, (from pharmaceutical, emotional or surgical stress, or food and drink excess), hormonal or energy balancing and anxiety reduction.
At the end of a session, most people are smiling and deeply relaxed, with a sense of balance and well-being restored. Frequently, they notice a decrease in chronic pain or headaches, anxiety or stress levels, while experiencing an increase of energy and deeper sleep.

Jin Shin Do is a form of gentle, relaxing pressure point massage that releases blocked energy patterns in the body. She also employs some CranioSacral Therapy, other forms of massage (she is a CMT) Chi Gung, and Herbal Remedies, combined with an analysis of the patterns of your daily life that may add to your stress.
